Sunday, June 24th, is St. John’s Sunday.  The Grand Lodge of New Hampshire will again be marching with us this year to bring back the old tradition  of attending services at St. John’s Episcopal Church on Chapel Street (Portsmouth, NH.) This year, the march will start from and return to the William Pitt Tavern in Strawbery Banke.  After services St. John’s Lodge No. 1 will be hosting a cookout at the Portsmouth Masonic Temple at 11:00 a.m. Cost will be $5.00 per person.  At noon, the Grand Master will declare Grand Lodge and the Constituent Lodges closed in the St. John’s lodge room.

Those who will be attending should pan to assemble at the “puddle dock” area (field) in Strawberry Banke ( behind the Pitt Tavern) before 8:30 a.m. (The Grand Master will be declaring Grand Lodge open, for this Special Communication, in the William Pitt Tavern at 8:00 a.m.)
