The Scottish Rite Valley of Portsmouth-Dover invites All Masons and their families and friends to a “Breakfast With Santa”, on Saturday November 30, 2024 from 8:00 am- 11:00 am. All proceeds from the breakfast will go towards the Rev, George L. Fox Memorial Chapel restoration. Rev. Fox was one of the four famed World War II Chaplains who were lost when the transport Dorchester was sunk off the coast of Newfoundland by U-Boat in 1943. The four chaplain’s were reported by survivors to have given up seats in a lifeboat and their life jackets so others aboard the stricken ship could live.
