What’s in the “Works”???

Below is a list of projects, improvements, and maintenance items for the Portsmouth Masonic Temple the SJMA is currently dealing with.

Refinishing Auditorium Floor (to take place April 23-26, 2019) DONE

Alarm System Upgrades (currently being researched)

Game Room Renovation (final finishing work for game room in progress)

Spring Exterior Painting and Repairs ( currently being planned) DONE

Plaster and painting repairs to Lodge Room (currently in progress}

Kitchen Floor Renovation (currently being researched)

Heating system valve replacements ( currently in progress)

Full conversion of interior lighting to LED bulbs and fixtures (currently in progress & near completion).

“Decluttering” and cleaning ( currently in progress – usually being worked on every Wednesday AM)
